To me, fascism in 2020 USA is fear. Fear of others, fear of the unknown, fear of losing power. You can see the fear in this kids' face, as it's caught by a camera flash at a Richard Spencer rally/talkathon/debate that's in the trailer for the film "White Noise."
His fervency, the sheer belief that white is right, the eager adult-olescent desperation to belong, the homo/masculine need to have his buddies clap along with him and clap harder and faster harder faster is easy to overlook but the source of so much of what's being leveraged right now in hopes of keeping their dear leader in office.
